The 4
Session Template
Using
Solution Focussed Brief Hypnotherapy I aim to treat all of
my clients in 4 tailored, template sessions. After these sessions
clients will have learnt how to release stress, accepted new
positive ways of thinking about things that used to be a problem
and begun the process of changing what they believe about
themselves.
The 4 Session Template below can be applied
to any symptoms or goals you may have.
Initial Consutation
(Free)
An initial consultation usually lasts around
40 minutes. I will ask you about your symptoms and goals and
explain in more detail how hypnotherapy can help you.
During the initial consultation you will be given a copy of
my Journey of 4 Steps relaxation track, which you are
asked to listen to every day through the course of your treatment.
Please note. There is no obligation to take up the treatment
offered.
Session
1 - Stress
(1 hour)
The first session is all about letting go of accumulated
stress. This is achieved with a deeply relaxing 30 minute
'stress clear out' hypnosis session, which should leave you
feeling as though a weight has been lifted from you.
I will also ask you more about your specific symptoms and
goals and this will enable me to write your script for session
2.

Session
2 - Problems (1
hour)
This session will be tailored to your specific
symptoms or goals. If for example you were suffering from
migraines, the hypnosis script would communicate to your subconscious
new ways of thinking about migraines, strategies for keeping
them at bay and strategies for coping with them when they
arrive.
During this session I will ask you about any negative beliefs
you have about yourself that you would like to change. This
will enable me to write the script for session 3.

Session
3 - Beliefs (1
hour)
In this hypnosis session we will communicate
to your subconscious the new smarter, more rational and positive
belief systems you would like to adopt. You will imagine yourself
as you would like to be... not as you fear you are.
During the session we will discuss your ideas for your relaxation
track for life. I will then record and give this new track
to you, on either CD or MP3, at the final session.

Session
4 - Your Relaxation 'Track For Life' (1
hour)
The final session will be the script of your personal track
for life. It will include your chosen setting (e,g, beach,
rainforest, mountain etc), your chosen messages and visualisations
to help you to overcome challenges and achieve your goals
in the future.
During this session we will talk about your progress. From
this point I will be guided by you as to whether you feel
you would benefit from further sessions. If, however, you
are committed to achieving your goals and simply listen to
my track every day between the four outlined sessions, you
will have all the knowledge and skills to cope with anything
that life throws at you.
It is recommended that you listen to your new 'Track
For Life' every day for a further month and then whenever
you need to de-stress, as it will help you to stay happy,
healthy and in control.
